WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T LIKE MY PURCHASE AND WANT TO RETURN IT?
If you change your mind about your purchase (though once you’ve tried them on we don’t think you will!) that’s no problem. Just return them within 14 days in the condition you received them (ie unworn) and we will credit your account – no quibbles. We suggest you get proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for any parcels that go missing in the post. Return postage is your responsibility unless the garment is faulty.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT AT HOME TO RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?
If you won’t be at home for delivery, either leave a note asking for the package to be left in a safe and secure place or with a neighbour, otherwise it will be returned to your local sorting office where it will be kept for up to 3 weeks. Likewise with Express Delivery, where the package will be kept for up to just one week at the sorting . Parcels delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties.
HOW SOON AFTER ORDERING MY GOODS WILL I RECEIVE THEM?
We will aim to send out your items within 48 hours. If for any reason we can’t (eg. out of stock), we will notify you straight away.
WILL YOU PASS ON MY DETAILS ON TO ANY OTHER COMPANY?
NO! We will never pass on your information to anyone else but we will e-mail you any Toosh updates (sales, new lines etc.) which you might be interested in UNLESS you specifically ask us not to.
